Putting things right

If we find that PRS for Music has not acted correctly, we will recommend what it should do to put things right.

This may include:

Some practical action
An apology or explanation
A financial award (there are limits to any awards we can make)

We may also recommend that it makes changes to its procedures so that the same problem is less likely to happen again.
