Putting things right

 

Where we find that the company has not acted correctly, we will recommend what it should do to put things right.

 

This may include:

  • Some practical action
  • An apology or explanation
  • A financial award (there are limits to any financial award we can make*)

We may also recommend that the company makes changes to its procedures so that the same problem is less likely to happen again.
