The Terms of Reference and Sector annex shown here are currently subject to review by the Board of The Ombudsman Service Ltd and are therefore shown in draft version for information purposes only, subject to formal approval.  It is intended that the Articles deal with the running and organisation of The Ombudsman Service Ltd and the Terms of Reference cover how the individual schemes run and operate.   

Sector liaison panels

Sector liaison panels are an advisory group; it identifies emerging trends and issues in the energy, communications and property industries and encourages open communication between Ombudsman Services and industry representatives. The panels have no direct impact on the governance of Ombudsman Services; its representatives are there to provide support and feedback. Its Terms of Reference can be downloaded below.
