Today Which? reveals the UK's slowest broadband
, with 11 places in the UK getting less than the 10Mbps minimum recommended speed.

"It really is worrying that consumers are still having to put up with slow or temperamental broadband speeds in certain locations around the UK, which can leave them feeling isolated. If the service or speed promised by your provider doesn't materialise, it's important to know that free help is available.
"Complaining should be an easy, hassle-free experience – if you’re still in a dispute with a communications company after eight weeks, Ombudsman Services can look into the case for free and provide a legally binding resolution."
