- Christmas availability: Our phones will close at 5pm on Friday 23 December 2016 and open at 10am on Wednesday 28 December 2016. Our phones will be open 10am until 3pm between Christmas and New Year (28 to 30 December) and will be closed between 31 December and 2 January. Normal service will resume from Tuesday 3 January 2017, with phones operating 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- We are currently experiencing higher than expected demand for our service which has caused an increase in our usual case handling time of six to eight weeks. We anticipate cases will be resolved within 10 to 12 weeks of receipt of supporting information from both parties. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. We close at the weekends and on bank holidays, including Christmas and New Year. 03 numbers, introduced by Ofcom are an alternative to chargeable 08 numbers such as 0845. Calls to 03 numbers cost the same or less than calls to 01 and 02 prefixed numbers and are included as part of any inclusive minutes or discount package.
