GB Energy Supply: advice for complainants

Following the announcement that GB Energy Supply has ceased trading, we’ve published frequently asked questions (FAQs) to help consumers who may have an unresolved complaint about the supplier.

From time to time, companies in competitive markets fail. If it does the energy regulator, Ofgem, has procedures and processes in place to make sure you’ll always have an energy supply and will feel as little change as possible. The key thing is that consumers needn’t worry that their supply will be interrupted if their supplier fails, and outstanding credit balances are protected.
