Peppermint help

Welcome to the Peppermint help area. We are migrating all companies onto a new case management system called Peppermint. The Peppermint system has a participating company portal , which means that you now  have the visibility of cases, actions and remedies. Documents can be uploaded instead of emailed into the ombudsman teams.

The portal services are designed to be widely accessible and functional with a range of mainstream standards-compliant internet browsers. Supporting all possible combinations of web browsers and operating systems is not possible, and therefore Peppermint specify a small number of "preferred browsers" with which portal services are expected to work. Portal should work well with most browsers, but if you have difficulties then switching to one of the preferred browsers should help. Access and functionality has been specifically tested with these browser-platform combinations.
