About the Ombudsman
Our job is to resolve complaints from consumers about the companies that participate in our services.
We investigate complaints fairly by listening to both sides of the story and looking at the facts. We will decide what action, if any, should be taken when companies participating in our services and their customers can’t agree.
Consumers are not charged for using our services.
We offer a flexible and affordable model of dispute resolution and we work with the companies that join our service, to offer resolutions to their customers

Is the service independent?
Yes. It is essential that we are independent from the companies we handle complaints for, from regulators and from consumer groups so that people can trust us to be fair.
