Ombudsman Services is pleased to announce it has ranked 37th in the UK’s Best Workplaces Awards 2023. The result comes after all colleagues across the business were invited to give their feedback in a survey by Great Place to Work® UK.
The Daresbury-based business has ranked among the top 50 in the Large Organisations category for the third year running. This continued recognition is a testament to the company’s ongoing commitment to improving employee experience and fostering a positive workplace culture in which employees feel supported and valued.
Ombudsman Services is a not-for-profit organisation providing alternative dispute resolution services in the energy and communications sectors, in addition to the Parking on Private Land Appeals (POPLA). The company are responsible for ensuring fair and impartial outcomes for consumers and businesses.
