Ombudsman Services is pleased to announce the continuation of its successful partnership with reallymoving.com, the UK’s leading provider of instant quotes for home moving services, until 31 December 2019.
Since the relationship began in 2013, consumers across the UK have benefitted from access to Ombudsman Services, which offers an impartial and free service and enables customers to resolve disputes outside of the courts. Customers who book their house move through reallymoving.com can have their complaint considered by Ombudsman Services if it remains unresolved with the removal firm and reallymoving.com. The Ombudsman will review the facts of the case and provide a legally binding solution.
