Who is my network operator?

We can consider disputes about network operators if there is a loss of service or a problem with a connection or repair. 

You can find out who your network provider is via the Energy Networks Association website.

When can I raise my dispute with you?

Before you contact us you should notify your supplier and work with them to try and resolve your issue. They have 8 weeks to resolve the issue unless they send you a deadlock letter allowing you to come to us sooner.
